About Us

Dr. Kenzie and Dr. Nick

Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Wisconsin Family and Sports Chiropractic emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.

For some, Wisconsin Family and Sports Chiropractic will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, one never before experienced.

People are recognizing the benefit of seeking an alternative to traditional medicine; one that will help them achieve and maintain optimal health. Please take the time to meet the doctor, team, and our wellness network dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives. To fully understand the nature of your health we recommend you join our free website membership program. As a patient at Wisconsin Family and Sports Chiropractic we will personally tailor a wellness program specifically targeted to your wellness needs using the least invasive yet highly-effective techniques and services.

The Functional Chiropractic Difference

The doctors at Wisconsin Family and Sports Chiropractic have had extensive post-graduate training to bring you the most comprehensive and effective care as possible. This approach to therapy takes a look at how your body is moving and functioning overall and treating the areas that are most dysfunctional. The doctors have taken traditional chiropractic care and have integrated many different therapies to help you get out of pain as quickly as possible!

The Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Difference

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a specific type of rehabilitation that helps our brain integrate into common movement patterns more easily. This is important because it helps your body "reset" to proper movement patterns, which decreases pain quickly. The best part of this type of rehabilitation is that fancy weights and machines are rarely needed, and you can perform any of the movements on your own and in your own home. This therapy is effective in treating: tightness, stiffness, rotator cuff tears, SLAP tears, numbness tingling, carpal tunnel and many more common conditions!

The Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Difference

Dr. Kenzie and Dr. Nick have both taken extra post-graduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) which is a very specific type of movement therapy. MDT is a well-researched diagnostic tool the doctors use to evaluate most musculoskeletal conditions. This therapy is very effective in assessing and treating: disc herniations, meniscus tears, rotator cuff tears, tennis elbow, headaches, plantar fasciitis, and many more common conditions!
